Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport, an IHG Hotel

From start to finish we had a great stay! The shuttle was super convenient! Our flight was canceled and we were able to go back to our room and sleep a little while longer until our next flight! The front desk staff is amazing and deserves a raise! They are super friendly and very accommodating! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Will stay if in the area again!

We stopped to overnight during a family road trip, good spot not far off the interstate, but far enough to not hear it. The pool was nice too, especially to take a 7 year old to burn off some energy after being in a car seat all day.

This hotel was a good value. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance of the Metroparks, 10 minutes from the airport, and 2 minutes from the highway. You can't beat the location. Our reservation included breakfast, which was actually a sit-down meal! Very unexpected and the food was excellent! The hotel also has a very large gym -- 3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, free weights, yoga mats, etc., which was a nice surprise as well.

The staff was nice and very helpful. Didn't have time for breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at night and didn't have any issues with checking in. Our stay seemed to be a safe a quiet. Our favorite part was the free breakfast in the morning. Nicest waitress and the best home-cooked style food! Exceeded our expectations!
